MASSENA – A Massena girl came in second in the New York State Scholarship Bowling Tournament in Glens Falls on Saturday.
Alexandra Convertini received the award for girls grade 5 through 8.
She finished with a three-game total of 729 pins with handicap.
The tournament started out with 4,000 total entries in all of the state. She won her regional finals with a three-game total of 763 pins with handicap in Plattsburhg to move on to the finals.
Convertini received a $250 scholarship for second place finish.
