MASSENA -- The village is looking at installing permanent handicap parking spaces on Bayley Road near St. Joseph’s Church.
On Tuesday, DPW Superintendent Hassan Fayad said they will try out temporary signs in a couple roadside spaces and if it works for the church-goers, make them permanently reserved.
He said the handicap spaces in the church parking lot get blocked in once it fills up.
