MASSENA – Massena Central School Interim Superintendant Bill Crist was the guest speaker at a recent Massena Rotary Club luncheon.
Crist described his experiences as a chaperone for the Discover America Tour for Rotary Exchange students.
The tour covered 24 states over 31 days travelling 8,600 miles. Ninety-five students representing 29 countries and 19 Rotary districts participated.
Among the highlights of the tour were Washington DC; River Walk in San Antonio; the Grand Canyon; Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco and Mt. Rushmore.
