MASSENA -- The Massena Artists Association is seeking members.

membership is open to everyone with an interest in the visual arts.

Amateur, professional, commercial and student artists, educators, crafters, and art lovers are all welcome.

Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Massena Public Library, September through May.

Meetings are open to the public.

There group will hold its 2014 membership show at the Massena Public Library from Nov. 4 to 14.

All MAA members can submit up to three recent works.

Work may be in any medium, including drawing, painting, watercolor, pastel, sculpture, photography or mixed media.

Work should be dropped off at the library on Nov. 1 at 10 a.m.

There $1 fee per piece.

Only MAA members are eligible to exhibit.

Regional artists of any skill level can join MAA and submit work to the exhibit.

A reception will be at 6:30 p.m. at the library on Nov. 4.

Awards will be presented and the Artist of the Year will be announced.

Refreshments will be served.

The public is invited.

Current and former members should have received 2014-15 membership application forms, as well as show application forms in the mail.

Additional forms may be picked up at the Massena Public Library.
