MASSENA -- The village planning board recently approved an expansion at the 49 1/2 Maple St. trailer park.
Paul Tamer had applied for Bridge Properties Inc. to add three trailers, bringing the total to 35.
According to the site plan application, the trailers would be towards the south end of the lot.
Minutes from the meeting where the plan was approved say there is a concern around one trailer at the southernmost end of the park because of the slope to the river nearby. It also notes that the residents will rent the lots and own their trailers.
