POTSDAM -- A Buffalo man is accused of possessing 10 pounds of marijuana.

Daniel R. Cain, 31, has been charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana-10 lbs. by state police.

Cain was apparently apprehended in the town of Potsdam at 5 a.m. Tuesday and was taken to the US Border Patrol station in Massena for processing at 5:30.
