OSWEGATCHIE -- St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies say they arrested a man for driving more than four times the legal limit on State Highway 37 on Saturday.
Leonard R. Hughes, Savona, was charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop for failure to keep right, officers said.
His blood alcohol content was reportedly .28 percent, deputies said. That is four times the legal blood alcohol content limit of .08 percent.
Hughes is to appear in Oswegatchie Town Court to answer the charges at a later date, deputies said.
