OSWEGATCHIE -- An Ogdensburg man faces multiple charges after he allegedly stole a vehicle and endangered a child, Ogdensburg-based state police say.
Andrew S. Ritchie, 22, was charged at 5585 NYS Hwy. 812 with petit larceny, fourth-degree grand larceny and endangering the welfare of a child, after he allegedly stole a vehicle, police said.
Troopers said the incident was reported Dec. 3 in Oswegatchie.
Ritchie was charged Saturday and was held by state police.
