POTSDAM — Potsdam police said they charged a man with rape on Thursday stemming from an incident in Nov. 2017 at the Delta Kappa Theta fraternity house.
Storm N. Rivera, 21, New York City was charged with first-degree rape, felony, and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, officers said.
He was arrested at the Potsdam Police Department at 5 p.m. and transported to St. Lawrence County Jail, police said.
Rivera was expected to be arraigned today in court.
