POTSDAM — A man was charged Thursday night after he was found passed out on a bench outside of a local business on Market Street, according to Potsdam police.
Brenden D. Walz, 49, Freeport, Ill., was cited for loitering at 11:27 p.m., police said.
He was cited and released.
