FOWLER – A Liverpool man arrested in Fowler Wednesday faces multiple charges including using a vehicle without permission and possession of a stolen credit card.
Paul D Abrantes, 34, was held in state police custody after he was charged along County Rt. 22 in Fowler following a traffic stop at 2:03 p.m.
Abrantes was charged with fourth-degree possession of stolen property: credit card, a felony, misdemeanor counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle: without owner’s consent, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and the traffic violation of speeding.
