POTSDAM -- Potsdam police said they charged a man Sunday afternoon following several complaints of graffiti reported throughout downtown and on Clarkson University campus in March.
Isaac A. Dell, 19, Hancock, N.H., was cited for making graffiti at 1:55 p.m. at the Potsdam Police Department, officers said.
He was cited and released.
