OSWEGATCHIE — A Canadian man was arrested for driving at three times the legal threshold for a driving while intoxicated charge on CR 6 on Sunday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Jordan T. Bellinger, 29, Legrand Crescent Orleans, Ontario, was charged with first-offense aggravated DWI: No prior, following a traffic stop for speeding, officers said.
He was allegedly driving 82 miles per hour in a 55 mph zone, deputies said.
His blood-alcohol content (BAC) was reportedly .24 percent.
Bellinger was released on an appearance ticket.
