GOUVERNEUR — A Theresa man was arrested on several charges Friday night, including driving while intoxicated, following a hit-and-run investigation, according to state police.
Andrew A. Nelson, 23 was charged at 11:30 p.m. with first-offense DWI, operator leaving the scene of a property-damage accident, criminal mischief and second-degree reckless endangerment.
He was arrested at 64 Main St., police said.
No injuries were reported.
Nelson was released on appearance tickets.
