POSDAM -- A man was charged with drunk driving and aggravated drunk driving for having a blood alcohol content more than twice the legal limit following a property damage accident Friday.
Michael C. Turk, 26, Indian Head Park, Il., was charged at 8:38 p.m. in Sandstone Drive, according to Potsdam police.
Turk was charged following a property accident on Sandstone Drive after he allegedly struck another vehicle and was found to be intoxicated, police said.
Turk was also ticketed for failure to keep right, improper right turn, and speeding, according to police.
Turk's blood alcohol content was allegedly .19 of one percent, police said.
