POTSDAM -- Potsdam police charged a Binghamton man with driving while intoxicated after he allegedly hit a light pole on Clarkson Access Road.
Daniel P. Giblin, 22, of Binghamton, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after he struck a light pole and then a parked vehicle.
Giblin had a blood alcohol content of .24 percent, which is three times the legal limit of .08 percent. No injuries were reported.
