OGDENSBURG – Edward George Gagnon III was arrested for second-degree burglary by city police Aug. 3 at 9:12 a.m. after he was witnessed allegedly entering an abandoned house at 813 E. South St.
He was arraigned in city court. A no contact order was issued to Gagnon.
Gagnon was subsequently remanded to county jail report police. No bail amount was listed.
