POTSDAM – Village police arrested Casey Whitcomb for third degree assault Saturday after responding to a domestic incident on Debra Drive.
The victim was transported to Canton-Potsdam Hospital for evaluation and Whitcomb was arraigned in Potsdam Village Court and released on supervision of probation, police said. A stay away order of protection was issued.
During investigation, David P. Gandino was found to be in possession of construction equipment stolen from contractors working on the apartment complex, police said.
Gandino cited for criminal possession of stolen property fifth degree, police said.
