WADDINGTON -- A Watertown man was arrested for felony aggravated driving while intoxicated for after having a blood alcohol content of three times the legal limit, according to St. Lawrence County Sheriffs.
Corey E. Brown, 34, 933 Leray St. Watertown, was charged with aggravated DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, both felonies, operating without an ignition interlock device, and failure to keep right, said deputies.
Sheriffs said Brown had a BAC of .24%.
Brown was charged with the felony aggravated DWI because of having prior DWI convictions and a BAC of.18% or above, according to police.
Deputies said he was arraigned in Dekalb Town Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $4,000 cash bail.
