POTSDAM -- Potsdam police said they charged a man Thursday morning for allegedly tampering with a fire hydrant.
Brandon T. Catalanotti, 23, Brooklyn, was cited for local law: damage to hydrant at 3:20 a.m. on Main Street.
He was cited and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Potsdam court Feb. 1.
