POTSDAM — Potsdam police said they charged a man Wednesday for allegedly leaving a one-year old child alone in an apartment for an extended period of time.
Kurt C. Lookabaugh, 18, Stafford Spring, Conn., was charged with child endangerment at 8:10 p.m., officers said.
The alleged incident took place at Debra Drive, police said.
He was cited at the Potsdam Police Department and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Potsdam court May 3.
