St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies said they charged a North Country man Tuesday after he allegedly forced vehicles to move off the roadway due to his erratic driving on U.S Highway 11 in Canton and Potsdam.
Benjamin T. Otis, 20, North Bangor, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, reckless driving, driving to the left of pavement markings, left pavement to pass on right and improper passing.
He is to answer the charges in Potsdam court at a later date, officers said.
