CANTON – A Morrisonville man has been charged with felony aggravated drunk driving after registering a blood alcohol content nearly four times the legal limit, according St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies.
Adam J. Rock, 26, Morrisonville, has also previously been convicted for DWI in 2006, deputies said.
Deputies arrested Rock after receiving a report of an intoxicated male at the Comfort Suites in Canton.
They allege Rock drove his vehicle on U.S. Rt. 11 in Canton and had a BAC of .29 percent, well above the .08 percent legal limit and above the .18 threshold for aggravated DWI.
He was arraigned before Canton Town Justice Christopher Curley and released to probation supervision to reappear in court at a later date.
