ROSSIE — A man was charged with rape Thursday following a complaint made to state police Jan. 24.
Tyler J. Lavergne, 20, no hometown listed, was charged with second-degree rape, felony, and acting in a manner injurious to a child at 1:04 p.m., police said.
His arrest status was listed as held.
