COLTON -- A Childwold man is accused of brandishing a gun during an alleged domestic incident in Colton Sunday night.
State police have charged Wendell W. Lehman, 46, with three counts of second-degree menacing, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and two counts of second-degree harassment.
Troopers said they were called at 12:39 a.m. today, to interview a woman in Colton about the incident, which had occurred about four hours earlier.
The woman told troopers there had been an argument, during which Lehman displayed a handgun in a threatening manner in front of the woman and her three children, ages 17, 16, and 9.
State police said no one had been physically harmed.
Lehman was arraigned in Town of Pierrepont Court and committed to the St. Lawrence County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail.
He is to reappear in the Town of Colton Court on Oct. 11.
