MASSENA -- Frances A. O’Brien, 59, Baldwinsville, was charged early today with assault, criminal weapons possession, and other misdemeanors in connection with an incident reported to state police late Friday afternoon.
Troopers, acting on an assault complaint, arrested O’Brien at a Windsor Road address at 1:30 a.m. and charged him with third-degree assault: with intent to cause injury, second-degree menacing: weapon, criminal mischief: intent to damage property, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon: intent to use, and petit larceny.
Troopers released him in his own recognizance.
