MADRID -- Madrid-Waddington Cub Scouts Pack 38 recently participated in “Operation Christmas Child.”
Each Scout filled a shoebox size box with small gifts for so children around the world will have a package to open on Christmas morning.
Dr. Scrugg's Dental Office in Massena donated tooth brushes and tooth paste for each package.
