WADDINGTON — A Madrid teen was charged today following a complaint of gun shots fired Monday afternoon, according to state police.
Troopers said they charged an unnamed 18-year-old with unlawful possession of fireworks.
The arrest took place on Brady Road at 6:50 a.m.
The teen was issued an appearance ticket and released.
