MADRID -- St. Lawrence County Sheriff deputies say they charged a Madrid man restraining and sexually abusing a woman.
Zachary E. Ford, 30, is charged with first-degree sexual abuse, felony, and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, misdemeanor, deputies said.
He allegedly sexually abused an “adult age” female on Nov. 6 and wouldn’t let her leave, according to Det. Sgt. Brooks Bigwarfe of the sheriff’s department.
Ford was arraigned by Potsdam Justice James Mason and released after posting $2,500 bail, deputies said.
