LISBON -- State troopers say they charged a Madrid man with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle.
Jordan R. Wood, 29, was charged with additional counts of driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation when troopers arrested him at 7:10 p.m. Saturday on Rowen Road.
The aggravated DWI charge was elevated to a felony because of the child in the car.
The legal threshold for aggravated driving while intoxicated is a blood alcohol level of .18 percent.
Wood's arrestee status is "unknown," according to troopers.
