MADRID -- Local pro BBQ team Locked-N-Loaded started the season strong at the ROC CITY Rib Fest 2014 in Rochester. Head cook Dave Tyo, Madrid, with assistant cook Jason Froats, Waddington, and team members Sandy, Jodie, Caleb, Elizabeth and Abby brought home sixth place in chicken out of 86 KCBS teams.
The Locked-N-Loaded team had an overall finish of 21 out of a field of 86 KCBS competitors.
Caleb Froats took Reserve Grand Champion in the Kids Q steak competition.
