MACOMB – A Macomb man was jailed Tuesday on charges that he allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with a male under the age of 13 since July of last year, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Robert M. Petrie, 43, was charged with first-degree criminal sex act at 6 Bailey Rd following, officers said.
He was reportedly arraigned before Morristown Town Justice James Phillips and jailed on $50,000 bail or $100,000 bond.
Deputies said their investigation is continuing and more charges are pending grand jury presentment at a later date.
