MASSENA – A Louisville man was charged Thursday with identity theft for allegedly using a credit card that did not belong to him at the Napa store, 107 Water St., according to state police.
Jason J. Malone, 36, was charged with second-degree identity theft, felony, stemming from an incident that took place Jan. 19, troopers said.
He was released on an appearance ticker returnable to Massena court April 9 at 1:30 p.m., officers said.
