NORFOLK – St. Lawrence County's newest Lottery millionaire is scheduled to receive the first installment of his $10,000 A Week For Life prize just in time for the holidays.
On Wednesday at 1 p.m., New York Lottery Draw Team Personality Gretchen Dizer will present Floyd Harvey of Norfolk with his over-sized check at Fefee's Market, 50 W. Main St., where he purchased his lucky Win for Life Spectacular instant ticket for $20 Thanksgiving morning.
The ticket is guaranteed to pay out at least $10,000 over its 20-year span.
