POTSDAM -- Canton-Potsdam Hospital will host an emergency preparedness day on May 15 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.n. in Conference Rooms A&B and the classroom at 50 Leroy St.
The event is a part of National Hospital Week, which runs May 10-16.
Anyone can visit various stations, re-enactments and demonstrations from community organizations dedicated to preparing the community for emergencies.
Local law enforcement agencies, the Red Cross, Potsdam Humane Society and more will be present providing tips and instruction about emergencies.
Admission is free.
