Peak Moment TV host Janaia Donaldson “tackles corporate control and a dysfunctional system that profits from increasing unhealthiness and consuming the planet,” as the tables are turned and she is the interviewee during the program to be shown at 7 p.m. Dec. 20 and 21 on WCKN, cable channel 30.

Peak Moment explores positive responses to energy decline and climate change through local community action. Locally, the programs are underwritten by The Center for Excellence in Communication at Clarkson University and the Seymour Family of Potsdam.

The program follows people who are withdrawing from the money system, growing food, and joining neighbors to prepare for emergencies.

Topics of coming programs are local food production, renewable energy, transportation alternatives, sustainable building, preparedness, and psychological, business, and government responses.
