LISBON — A Lisbon woman was jailed after she poured fuel on a garage floor and threatened to burn the residence down during an alleged domestic dispute, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Amber L. Penacho, 29, was charged with second-degree attempted arson, first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree menacing.
The incident took place at 736 Fulton Rd., officers said.
Penacho allegedly entered the residence which is in violation of a stay away order of protection.
While inside the residence she made threats while displaying a dangerous instrument, deputies said.
She was arraigned in Lisbon court and held on $10,000 bail, officers said.
