OGDENSBURG -- A Lisbon woman was charged Tuesday with driving while intoxicated while a child was in the vehicle, and numerous other offenses.
Samantha R. Seguin, 28, was stopped at 10:55 a.m. Feb. 16 in Ogdensburg, according to state police.
The charges against her, aside from the felony DWI charge, is a charge for a second instance of DWI: alcohol or drugs.
Other charges included seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and reckless driving, both misdemeanors, failure to keep right and driving to the left of pavement markings, state police said.
