Brent T. Dean, 17, was charged with second-degree criminal sale of marijuana, felony, unlawful possession of marijuana and acting in a manner injurious to a child, troopers said.
Dean reportedly sold the pot to a 13 year-old at a private residence in Lisbon.
The sale of any amount of marijuana to a minor raises the charge to a felony, according to police.
He was arrested at Lisbon Central School, 6866 County Route 10, at 12:13 p.m., officers said.
