LISBON — A Lisbon man was jailed on stalking charges Thursday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Mark A. Francis, 42, was charged with two counts of fourth-degree stalking following two complaints that Francis was “engaging in repeated course of conduct toward them which served no legitimate purpose and caused fear of material harm to their physical health, safety and property,” deputies said.
Francis was arraigned in Canton court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Jail on $500 bail or $1,000 bond.
