WADDINGTON - A Lisbon man was jailed on $10,000 after he allegedly hit another vehicle while driving an ATV drunk on State Highway 37 Thursday, according to Massena-based state police.
Dustin S. Grape, 30, was charged with felony DWI, for having two previous convictions in the last 10 years, driving without a motor vehicle license, failure to produce proof of insurance for an ATV, unregistered ATV, illegal operation on highway, and failure to keep right, said troopers.
Troopers said Grape allegedly struck a vehicle traveling east driven by Rebecca Plourde, who was transported to Massena Memorial Hospital by Waddington Rescue.
Grape was jailed on $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
