LISBON – Christopher M. Boyle, 39, Lisbon was arrested Friday afternoon on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal mischief, and resisting arrest.
Boyle was arraigned before Town of Oswegatchie Justice Herbert and was ordered held on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office were helped by officers from theNew York State Police and U.S. Border Patrol.
