LISBON -- A Lisbon man has been jailed on $5,000 for sexually abusing a girl under the age of 11, St. Lawrence County sheriff's detectives say.
Anthony S. Duvall, 27, of 8786 County Route 27, was charged with first-degree sexual abuse, following a complaint from the victim's mother.
Detectives say Duvall was staying with the victim's family for a short time and during the night he had engaged in sexual contact with a girl under age 11.
He was arraigned in Oswegatchie Town Court and sent to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
