LISBON – St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies charged Jeremy M. Hardcastle, 29, 722 Hail Rd., Lisbon, with cruelty to animals on May 1 for allegedly beating and kicking a white pit bull dog in front of his residence.

He was issued an appearance ticket for Lisbon court at a later date.
