LISBON -- Lisbon Central School faculty and staff held a dedication on Tuesday for a tree in memory of LCS student Victor P. Novosel, who died in February.
He was a sophomore at the time of his death.
Speakers included his students Logan Mathews, TaShauna Schofell and Jadzia Gleason.
