MASSENA -- The New York State Department of Transportation will begin paving on State Highway 37 today near O'Neil Road heading toward the Franklin County line.
The work is expected to be completed by June 26.
Motorists should expect lane closures on the four-lane section and alternating one way traffic on the two lane portion between the International Bridge crossing and the Franklin County Line.
