OGDENSBURG -- The Kinney Drugs Foundation Board recently voted to give $50,000 over five years to support the Richard E. Winter Cancer Treatment Center Expansion Project.
Members of the Kinney Drugs Foundation Board and staff recently toured the new cancer center wing and gave a $10,000 a check for their first pledge payment.
John Gebert detailed how the new Varian Trilogy Linear Accelerator works and answered questions for the group.
“Kinney Drugs Foundation has been an incredibly supportive partner over their 38 years as a donor to Claxton-Hepburn,” CHMC Foundation Assistant Director Jim Michaels said. “We are extremely grateful that they have chosen to be so generous to our medical center.”
