State police report two unrelated juvenile arrests, of a 10-year-old and a 15-year-old.

A 10-year-old Waddington boy is accused of felony arson, and a 15-year-old girl from Winthrop has been charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief.

The boy is accused of 4th degree arson: reckless damage to a motor vehicle Thursday night. He was given an appearance ticket Friday.

The girl was given an appearance ticket April 6 in connection with an incident of reported fourth-degree criminal mischief April 3.
