SYRACUSE -- The Jack Kelley “Little Big Band” of Potsdam recently performed at the 60th anniversary party of the Syracuse University VA Medical Center.
The ceremony included a “rededication ceremony” and the opening of the new spinal cord injury and disorder center.
Construction began on the new center in 2009 with a $90 million, six-floor addition to house a 30-bed regional spinal cord center. The center houses a therapeutic pool, expanded outpatient surgical services, dialysis and infusion program and seven new operating rooms.
