RUSSELL -- The Adirondack North Country Association will host a public input meeting to discuss “The Homegrown Sustainability Plan,” designed to help the North Country enhance economic development, increase energy savings and reduce carbon emissions.
The plan is part of the Statewide Cleaner Greener Communities Program.
The meeting will be held Wednesday, Oct. 3 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Edwards-Knox Central School and will begin with a tour of the school’s biomass boiler.
The public is invite to share ideas or goals for the project at the meeting or online.
